Squirrels can be useful.

At The Future Perfect this weekend, there was the most amazing use for a squirrel I can possibly imagine (being that prior to this, their only function in my life was to eat the tomatoes from my garden): a lamp. It really was beautiful and fascinating. Her other work is gorgeously haunting as well. Check her out.

Come on.

It'd be nice if life could fit together this way all the time.

Kiosk: Part 2

I may not be Kate Spade, but in my opinion, that's just one MORE reason I should be able to unwrap one of these too!! (Bday: March 28, but I'm open to celebrating just about any holiday...)

Kiosk

One of the coolest shops I've been to in New York. It's up in a dirty little cove in Soho close to one of my favorite bookstores... totally unpretentious and stocked with the kind of stuff you send home to your best friends with a type-written letter. I'm just gonna post a link to the about page instead of trying to re-phrase their intents... be sure to also check out the store and read the commentary about each item... seriously... it's like going on a free-mini-adventure!

I've been busy...

but I'm back. Super blogger Sunday begins.

Can I take your coat?

I want to walk into my house, take off my coat (which is covered in snow!) and settle into one of these gorgeously cozy chairs designed by Fredrik Färg and inspired by bespoke tailoring.

Organized so perty...

I'm packing up my apartment these days for the big move, and it's gotten me thinking about storage. Since mostly I'm just making containers out of old presentation board and duct tape, I figured I'd virtually spoil myself by doing a few posting on gorgeous kitchen organization...
